This is your last chance to shop our heels, clothing, and accessories before we say goodbye for good.
No — but Helen (our founder) continues her journey with The Sole Co, Australia’s official stockist of TAYGRA sneakers, and other upcoming creative projects.

No — all remaining styles and sizes are final stock. Once they’re gone, they’re gone for good.
No — MMDW is an online-only brand and we no longer host pop-up stores or in-person fittings.
As part of our Closing Down Sale, all remaining stock is available exclusively online.
If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, you’re always welcome to contact us before placing your order — we’re happy to help while stock lasts.
We use European sizing for our heels, and Australian sizing for our clothing. You can find a detailed size chart on our website for heels and clothing. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Our items are made from high-quality materials. We recommend hand washing our clothing to get longest life.
For our suede sole shoes, we recommend purchasing a wire shoe brush to clean the soles and give them the longest life possible.
Our rubber soles can be cleaned with a damp cloth to remove any dirt.
The outer material of your shoes can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth if needed - be sure not to wet the fabric too much as it can leave water marks.
Be sure to give your shoes a day or two in between wears to let them breathe and freshen up - a good excuse to invest in a few pairs!
Gift cards are no longer available for purchase, but if you have an existing MMDW gift card, you can redeem it during our Closing Down Sale period.
All other discount codes have been disabled, as everything is already marked down.
No — MMDW gift cards are no longer available for purchase as we prepare to close down.
If you already have a valid MMDW gift card, you can still redeem it during our Closing Down Sale period.
After the sale ends, unused balances will no longer be redeemable, so we encourage you to use your gift card before our final day of trading.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay for flexible payment options. All payments are securely processed.

Yes! Enjoy free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99.
Absolutely — express shipping is available within Australia for $15 at checkout.
Yes — we still ship worldwide during our Closing Down Sale.
International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total order weight and destination.
All prices are listed in AUD, and orders are shipped from our Midvale, Western Australia warehouse.

We’re processing orders as quickly as possible, but please allow a little extra time during the Closing Down Sale due to high volume and final stock handling.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our policy has changed during the Closing Down Sale.
As we’re closing down, all purchases are final sale.
We’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing, or preference.
If your item has a fault or isn’t as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery at info@movemedancewear.com.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply — we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where required.
We can’t offer size exchanges during the Closing Down Sale, so please double-check our sizing charts before purchasing.

Tips to help you find your perfect fit before ordering.
Each product includes a link to our printable foot measurement chart and a detailed size guide.
For clothing, refer to the measurements listed on each product page or use our clothing size chart.
If you’re between sizes, we usually suggest going up a size for comfort — we don’t carry half sizes.
For clothing, our pieces are firm-fitting, so if you prefer a slightly more relaxed fit, go up one size.
Absolutely. Use the “Need Help?” form on any product page, and we’ll reply as soon as possible with personalised fit advice.
